Health and Harmony Chiropractic and Wellness Center carries custom   orthotics and footwear by Foot Levelers.

Dr. Jason Steinle uses custom casts to analyze your feet in the weight bearing position.  The cast is then transferred to Foot Levelers' laboratory where the orthotics are custom made to correct any imbalances found in the three arches of each foot. A report of findings, detailing your specific condition and recommendations is presented to you as your order is placed. Your new orthotics are sent back to our office so that we may show you how to wear and care for them.

Dr. Jason Steinle takes into consideration your lifestyle, age, weight, activity level, and condition when fitting your custom orthotics. As your activities change, so do your shoe styles. And different shoe styles require different orthotics.

 Foot Levelers offers a wide variety of Spinal Pelvic Stabilizers for men’s, women’s, and children’s shoes, as well as styles for dedicated walkers, runners, golfers, skaters - and many others.

They also carry two lines of custom-made footwear - Sandalthotics®, custom-made, quality casual sandals; and Shoethotics®, which include rugged, high-performance casual/work and athletic shoes custom-made to fit Foot Levelers’ specifications.

Sleep is just as important to health as good nutrition and proper exercise. Sleep posture is a significant factor in the treatment of conditions such as neck trauma, tension headaches, or arthritis of the back and neck. Plastic deformation (soft tissue stretching) and musculoskeletal instability can develop when the cervical spine is not adequately supported during sleep.   POSTURE SUPPORT BRACES

Posture Support Braces help align the entire spine and prevent stooped shoulders. Dr. Jason Steinle will work with you to fit and size the correct posture brace. 

The comfortable support anchors around your waist with an adjustable, elastic waistband that ensures a custom fit. The suspender-style elastic straps criss-cross over the back to gently pull the shoulders, spine and lower back into a more erect position, decreasing back and shoulder pain.

The elastic under-arm straps are covered with soft, cotton fabric to prevent pinching or binding. Can be worn over or under clothing. Keep your back in good health by maintaining good posture. It's like having Dr. Jason Steinle standing beside you reminding you of proper posture all day long.
